- Content and
learning outcomesThis elective course takes place on-site in Køge. The course will also be conducted in English, as participation from International Erasmus students is expected.
The elective course Digital Content Creation focuses on the development and production of content across digital media. The course offers opportunities for in-depth exploration of digital storytelling and experimentation with different forms of media production.
Throughout the course, three individual products are produced: a podcast, a photo series, and an animation video. Submission of all three products is a prerequisite for participation in the exam.
The productions are developed through a process involving ideation, conceptual development, and production. In the final stage, the three products are integrated into an HTML-based framework and presented as scrollytelling – an interactive and multimodal narrative withe an analogue point of departure, combining sound, photography, animation, and interaction.
The course introduces key techniques and tools within digital content production, including audio recording and editing in Adobe Audition, phographic techniques using a camera, and video editing and animation in Adobe After Effects. Emphasis is placed on storytelling, composition, and technical quality across the different media formats. - Learning
